Boise Muffler Auto Repair is led by Ben and Sheri Cook, a husband-and-wife team with a shared commitment to integrity, craftsmanship, and community care. Ben, an ASE-Certified Master Technician, brings decades of hands-on experience, a deep love for classic cars, and a constant drive to keep learning. Sheri, with a background in public administration and leadership, brings strategic insight and a passion for building strong, people-focused organizations.
Together, Ben and Sheri have redefined the Boise Muffler brand with their philosophy: “Taking care of cars by taking care of people.” Since taking ownership in 2019, they’ve built a team that reflects their values—honesty, excellence, and personalized service. While Ben oversees shop operations and quality control, Sheri runs the business side, ensuring every customer feels welcomed, informed, and valued due to their dynamic teamwork and heartfelt approach.
